I am not sure about why your thumbnail would not be displaying when commenting on another person's Facebook page. I tried to do a little research on it and only came up with problems concerning thumbnails not showing when a person shares a blog post or video, etc. I wonder if maybe you can post the issue on the Facebook forum / support? I tried to do some research on there, and did not come up with anything. It sure can be frustrating not being able to find answers. I wish I could help you more!
